More Thoughts from Jude...

Jude 1:24-25 ESV
Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen

When I read the above passage I am in awe. In awe of a God who doesn't see me the way I see myself. I am a fat ugly man who lies, is full of pride, and lust. And yet God is able to "keep [me] from stumbling...".  Even beyond that he is able to "present [me] blameless before the presence of his glory..."

How is that possible?

Doesn't He see me?

Doesn't he know who I am?

How could I stand before his presence and not be destroyed?

It is only " through Jesus Christ our Lord".

May he receive " glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever."

Amen
