In extreme cases it can cause us to fight or flee from a given situation. I learned very early to be mindful of my feelings. I didn’t go through and Jedi training but I recognized that I had a very bad temper. I still do, even though I am sure that this comes as a shock to some. The only thing that saved me was that I hung out with a group of guys that could always kick my butt. That kept me in check. On April 14 , 2002, 7 years ago, God showed me that His will and timing are truly perfect as He joined my wife and I in holy matrimony. I was so nervous.
